As your 2026 Captain, it is an absolute privilege to lead this society. We are nearly halfway through our year, and both the support and the golf have been fantastic. RHGS has always been built on a foundation of great courses, healthy competition, and brilliant camaraderie.

Upcoming Social: Caribbean Party Night

This month features our very first social event of the year!

• Venue:     Banstead Downs Golf Club
• Attendance: We      have over 70 members and guests signed up for what promises to be a      spectacular night.

Recent Outings & Fairway Highlights

We have tackled some magnificent courses recently, from tricky heathland challenges to pristine parkland fairways.

• The Form Guide:     Congratulations to all recent trophy winners and individual prize      scoopers.
• The Wooden Spoon: A      special nod to those who made sure we got our money's worth by exploring      every inch of the rough!

A massive thank you to our Secretary and the committee for their tireless work behind the scenes keeping our fixtures running like clockwork.

Looking Ahead: The 45th Anniversary Horizon

Our remaining 2026 fixture list is packed with fantastic venues. Please get your names on the entry sheets early so we can finalise pairings.

Captain’s Tip: The greens are getting faster and the rough is getting thicker. Secure your spot, dust off your short game, and let's keep the momentum going!

Beyond this season, the committee is already hard at work laying the groundwork for a massive milestone: our 45th Anniversary in 2027. We have premier events and special venues shortlisted to mark the occasion in true RHGS style. Stay tuned to the notice board and your inbox for updates.
