Now that the society has grown to over 70 members demand for places at future events could exceed availability.
You are therefore encouraged to confirm your attendance and pay for attendance at events as soon as possible to ensure you are not disappointed.
You are reminded that should you subsequently be unable to attend an event and the Society has not incured any costs you will be refunded in full.
